Registration

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by a credit card (outside Japan) or by postal order using the post-office form ( inside Japan).

*Students are required to produce a student ID at the registration desk on site. If there is no ID submission, the "on site regular participant fees" will be charged.

Payment at the conference desk on site (after 1st September) is possible only by cash (in Japanese Yen).
Confirmation & Receipt will be sent to you before the conference, if time permits. If not, receipt will be available on site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, the Registration Secretariat must be notified in writing or by email. An administrative charge of Yen 5,000 will be applied to all cancellations made by August 10, 2007 (transfer charges are the responsibility of participants). No refund will be made on cancellations made after August 10, 2007.


Following meals will be served during the conference:
Lunch box (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Reception (Tuesday); Poster & Snack (Wednesday); Conference Dinner (Thursday)
Please inform the secretariat in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
