Dear APACE Friends and Members:
I am very pleased to inform all of you that we Asia-Pacific Association of Chemical Ecologists (APACE) had the 4th Conference under the theme of "from Biomolecules to Ecosystems - an Interactive Chemical Message to our Future" (September 10-14, 2007, Tsukuba, Japan). It was a very successful conference attracting more than 300 participants from 20 countries. There were over 310 contributions including plenary, keynote, symposium, general (oral and poster) and workshop sessions. Our next meeting, the 5th APACE Conference, will be held in Hawaii in 2009. Please, let us know if you have any suggestions or ideas for the Association.

The 5th APACE Conference will be held in Honolulu Hawaii. Venue and Dates: Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hawaii Hotel, October 27-30, 2009. Please contact Todd Shelly or Eric Jang if you are interested in organizing a symposium for the meeting. Details of the conference will be announced shortly!
